‘All Aboard!’ is the banner under which our inclusive projects with disabled and learning disabled people across Devon sits, and covers our work with disabled-led schools and organisations.
‘All Aboard!’ started out as a single project to support children to express their identities through movement, develop resilience through raising confidence and explore creativity through imaginative play-based movement. Through movement play and exploration, children can begin to find, and importantly, express, what they need. This can support them to develop and reach their potential.
Current projects under the ‘All Aboard!’ banner include:
All Aboard with Lizzie and Pip has become a highlight of our week. The sessions are truly magical and Jay and I both love them. They are full of delightful surprises which have inspired us and allowed us to get caught up in the journey of movement and song. Lizzie and Pip have a brilliant way of involving every child and making them feel an important part of the group. They are responsive to the children’s ideas, movements and drawings and draw out their creativity. It has been great for Jay’s confidence in enjoying and expressing his creativity
